Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at LustreGrace. We want you to love your jewelry, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Non-returnable items include:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Then contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
